What is Ministry Notebook?

Ministry Notebook creates digital notebooks and resources designed for pastors, preachers, Bible teachers, and others who study and teach Scripture.

Our notebooks provide an organized workspace for recording Bible study, sermon research, outlines, manuscripts, reflections, resources, and other ministry notes.

Do I need a specific app to use a Ministry Notebook?

No specific app is required. The notebooks are provided as PDF files and can be used with compatible PDF annotation or note-taking applications.

Popular apps may include Goodnotes, Notability, Noteshelf, and other apps that support writing and annotating PDF files.

App features and compatibility can change, so we recommend confirming that your preferred app supports the features you want to use before purchasing.

Are the notebooks editable in Canva?

No. Ministry Notebook products are delivered as finished PDF files. Canva editing access is not included with your purchase.

You do not need Canva to use the notebook.

Why does the notebook contain so many different pages?

Every preacher and teacher has a different way of preparing.

The notebook provides a variety of tools for sermon planning, research, Bible study, commentary, outlining, manuscripts, reflection, archiving, resources, and additional notes.

You don’t have to use every page.

Use the pages that fit your workflow and duplicate templates when you need additional space.

Does the notebook include a Bible or Bible study resources?

No.

Ministry Notebook is designed to be used alongside your existing Bible study resources.

It does not replace your Bible, commentaries, dictionaries, concordances, study software, books, or other research resources.

Instead, it provides a place to record and organize what you learn from those resources as you study and prepare.

Can I print the digital notebook?

The digital notebooks are provided as PDF files, so individual pages can generally be printed if your PDF application and printer support printing.

However, the digital edition is designed primarily for tablet-based note-taking and includes features such as digital navigation.

If you prefer to work primarily on paper, look for our printable editions, which are designed specifically for printing and use less ink.

Can I share my notebook with someone else?

Your purchase is for personal use.

You may use the notebook for your own ministry and personal work, but you may not redistribute, resell, upload, share, or otherwise provide the original PDF files to others.

If someone else would like a copy, please direct them to Ministry Notebook.

Are the notebooks updated?

We may occasionally improve or update our products.

When an update is offered, the availability and method of receiving the update will be communicated with the applicable product.

We do not guarantee that every product will receive future updates.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.

Please carefully review the product description, screenshots, format, and compatibility information before purchasing.

If you experience a problem with your download or receive an incorrect or defective file, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

What if the notebook doesn't work correctly in my app?

Please contact us if you encounter a technical problem with the PDF itself.

Keep in mind that third-party apps can handle PDF files differently, and app features may change over time. We cannot guarantee that every feature will work identically in every PDF or note-taking application.

What format are the notebooks?

You can write on the pages with a stylus, type notes, highlight information, and duplicate pages as needed, depending on the capabilities of your note-taking app.

Can I use the notebooks on an iPad or Android tablet?

Yes. The PDF format is designed to work with compatible devices and applications on iPad, Android tablets, and other devices that support PDF annotation.

How are the notebooks created?

Ministry Notebook products are hand-built using digital design tools.

Each notebook is planned and assembled page by page, with attention given to navigation, writing space, organization, typography, and how the pages work together as a complete notebook.

We use professional digital design tools to create the finished products, which are then exported as PDF files for customers.

Can I add more pages?

Yes. One of the advantages of a digital notebook is that you can duplicate pages when you need more space.
